How Google Cloud Marketplace billing works for our products

Annual plans, included usage, metered overage, and model tokens as a separate line — what appears on your Google Cloud invoice and when.

Every product we sell uses the same billing shape. This is what it looks like from the buyer's side.

Plans

Each product offers pay-as-you-go and annual plans. An annual plan bills once at purchase through Marketplace and includes a monthly pool of the product's work unit — Reconciliation Units, Dispute Files, Cases, Tenders, Conversation Units.

Overage

Included units are netted in your workspace each month. Only usage beyond them is reported to Google, hourly, as a metered line (for example reconciliation_units). It appears as a separate line item on your Google Cloud invoice at the plan's overage rate.

Model tokens

Language-model usage is a second meter, model_access_usd, at the provider's list price. If you bring your own model key, this meter is zero and you pay the provider directly. We do not mark tokens up silently or hide them inside the work unit.

Timing

Google issues invoices on month boundaries in US Pacific time. Usage we report before 06:00 Pacific on the 1st appears on the previous month's invoice; anything later rolls to the next.

Transparency

Every metered unit carries a request id in your workspace before it is reported. You can export the ledger and reconcile it to the invoice line by line.

Caps

Each workspace has a monthly unit cap and a model-spend cap. At the cap, new work queues and the workspace owner is notified. Nothing bills past a cap.

Direct billing

Where Marketplace is not an option, Carnegie Intelligent Technology Limited invoices in USD with the same meters.
